How long does delivery take?
ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND DISPATCHED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER.
Your orders are carefully prepared and shipped free of charge in France, Belgium and Switzerland by our team, Monday to Saturday. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be prepared and 3 to 4 working days to receive it. Occasionally, lead times may be slightly extended due to public holidays, vacation periods and/or periods of high demand.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
What about returns?
You've received your order, but the product isn't right for you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to return the products concerned. (See the conditions of our returns policy)
